Pastor Steve and Lady Monique believe that the Lord Jesus Christ is LORD with their very being. Their passion for PMBC Church is for the men, women, boys, and girls of God to become disciples of Christ. To become equipped for the work of the ministry through the gifts He gave to the church. He gave some to be Apostle, Prophets, Evangelist, Pastors, and Teachers. And that Christ may dwell in our hearts through faith. That we become rooted and grounded in the love of Christ Jesus, for we are His workmanship created in Christ Jesus for His good work, that we work in the vineyard for the labors are few.

Pastor Steve agreed to become PMBC Church's new interim pastor in March 2016. After a six-month period as interim pastor, the Spirit of the Lord moved on the entire membership and Elder Lattimore was elected as the eighth pastor of PMBC Church. Pastor Steve was installed as PMBC Church's new pastor on October 30, 2016, and hasn't looked back. Pastor Steve's vision for PMBC is to live according to the word of God and to live obediently unto the Lord Jesus Christ.

To see the Church become what Christ said He would build, and the gates of hell will not prevail against it. That the Love of God is manifested, The Spirit of forgiveness is given, and The Spirit of Reconciliation is offered. Then build and create the ministries that God has gifted the people to do with the spirit of excellence so we can give of our time, talent, and money unto the Lord Jesus.

Elder Ricky Blueford has been at PMBC Church since Pastor Lattimore has became Pastor of PMBC and officially joined PMBC in October of 2018. I have enjoyed being at PMBC and growing closer to Jesus under the leadership of Pastor Lattimore, I love working with the youth and the young adults. I have been going to seminar college to further my education and learnign how to be the best leader and role model to my two boys.

Jesus has blessed me with a beautiful wife and two kids, I thank God everyday for blessing me with my awesome wife who has been by my side for almost thirteen years. She has been my rock and my leaning post, she prays for me and she prays with me.

The vision that Jesus has placed on my heart is to be the best disciple that I can be and follow what Jesus has told the disciples in Matthew 28 to go out and make more disciples and I truly believe that and I am willing to lay my life down for Jesus.

Lady Monique is a mother of three boys and a grandmother to six beautiful granddaughters. Lady Monique loves the Lord, He has been extremely good to her. In 2012, She died at her church due to heart complications however by God's grace she was taken to the hospital where they were able to revive her. In 2016, She and Pastor Steve became the leaders of PMBC Church. Showing love to the women of God is a passion that the Lord has given her. As the First Lady of PMBC Church, she desires to help the women say "YES" to God by surrendering to Him day by day. God is a heart fixer and He alone desires to transform us from the old man unto the new man. By the leading of the Holy Spirit, the PMBC Church Women are doing just that!

First In service at Mt. Nebo MBC and from June 2016 until the present at Progressive MBC.   I love to sing praises to the Lord.
